LOGISTICS, INFORMATION and ORGANIZATION:
It seems only fitting to hold a workshop to experience a fusion of these two calligraphic traditions in the city where Marco Polo ventured forth to explore the east. After a two year hiatus, Monica and Kaz come together again to create this life altering inspirational workshop. Practitioners of either or both traditions are welcome, but no previous experience in those traditions are necessary to attend. Instruction will be given in English. Please contact Christine, workshop facilitator, if you think you would need a translator.

LOCATION:
Palazzo Minotto, Venice - Italy
Palazzo Minotto is a Venetian palace situated at ten minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and the train station, in the Gaffaro section of Dorsoduro, a less turistic area with small café and trattorias. The workshop will be held in the “piano nobile”, the main central largest room.
November is the start of low season in Venice, when the weather can still be very good and accommodations are more affordable. Christine has general information on Venice, nearby accommodations, vaporetto passes, etc. Most of it will be posted on her website zenbrush.net
DATES:
November 6-12, 2023.
TIME:
The workshop starts at 3pm on Nov. 3 and ends at 11 am on Nov. 10. Daily activities will start at 9:00 am and go until 5:30 pm.
