We'll begin by exploring lines and discovering our intuitive approach to drawing. We will then experience the act of writing as independent from the act of reading. This is a more complex exercise that involves becoming conscious of how deeply we have interiorized the linearity of writing.


We will then move out of representation and out of symbols. The bridge being the abstract line, that which opens drawing and writing to a communication that goes far beyond the codified language.

 

And then there will be the deconstructing and rebuilding into something different, changing point of view, rethinking our work into a book structure.
