Workshop Terms & Conditions

Cancellations: Monica Dengo reserves the right to cancel a workshop at any time for any reason, even if there are too few participants. In this case, a full refund of the workshop fee will be issued. This does not include related travel or accommodation costs; make sure you are properly insured. We take no responsibility for any other costs incurred by the student in addition to the workshop fee paid. In the event that the courses must be canceled due to force majeure, eg: in the event of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or civil unrest, no refund will be granted; make sure you are properly insured.

By registering for an e-course you agree to the following terms and conditions:

NO SHARING: You confirm that you are purchasing a single license for this course for your individual use only.

MATERIALS: You acknowledge that course materials are not included in the cost of the course.

REFUNDS: You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given before, during or after class. You acknowledge that payment for class is due in € (Euro). If your home currency is not €, Paypal will take the equivalent from your Paypal account at the prevailing Paypal exchange rate.

Your email address will be stored on our website to facilitate access to the online course. We will not share this data with any other third parties. If you would like the data we hold about you to be deleted at anytime, please get in touch [email protected]

ONLINE COURSE DELIVERY POLICY: All our courses are delivered online in password-protected classrooms. We do not deliver physical products in the post, but rather send you an email with the URL of the classroom you need to log in. This email is sent to the email address you used to register for the class, and will be sent at least half an hour before class begins. Students will also connect with Monica Dengo's phone via Telegram Messenger.

If you do not receive your classroom login information within this time frame please contact us via email at [email protected] or via Telegram, which students and teacher will use to keep in touch and send each other images during the course.
